Who this notice covers

This notice covers the public Parish Digital website and inquiries received through it. Parish Digital is operated by Joe Guglielmo in Bossier City, Louisiana. It does not replace the agreements that govern a client project, confidential business records, or systems built for a client.

For privacy questions, contact joseph@parishdigital.ai or (318) 718-9400.

Information we collect

Please do not submit passwords, payment details, sensitive personal information, or confidential customer or business records through the inquiry form. If a project requires access to confidential information, we will address that separately.

How we use inquiries

We use website inquiries to reply, understand the business question, discuss a potential engagement, and carry out related business follow-up. We may keep correspondence as part of that business relationship and use technical information to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the site.

We do not add website inquiries to a marketing mailing list or CRM, or submit their contents to AI tools, as part of our current inquiry process. If that process changes, we will update this notice and provide any additional notice or choice required by applicable law.

Services that help run the website

Information is processed by services needed to host the website and handle communication:

These providers and their infrastructure may process information in the United States and other countries. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, prevent abuse, or address a security incident.

Cookies, tracking, and browser signals

Our website code does not set advertising cookies or include cross-site advertising pixels or behavioral analytics. Hosting, security, and form services may use technical mechanisms needed to provide their services. Other parties serving resources to your browser can receive technical information about your visit; their privacy information is linked above.

This website does not change its behavior in response to a browser’s “Do Not Track” signal. We have not installed cross-site advertising or behavioral tracking on it. Your browser may let you block cookies or external resources, although doing so can affect how the site or form works.

Links to other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a resulting business relationship, maintain appropriate business records, or meet legal obligations. Retention may differ across correspondence, service-provider records, and backups.

We use reasonable measures intended to protect information, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You can choose not to submit an inquiry, and you can leave the optional phone field blank. To ask about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop business follow-up, email joseph@parishdigital.ai.

We may need to verify a request before acting on it. Some records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business reasons. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law; additional privacy rights may apply depending on where you live.

Children’s information

This website describes services for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can address it.

Changes to this notice

We will post revisions here and update the date above. If a material change affects how previously collected information is used or shared, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent where applicable law requires it.
